What is S.T.E.P Training?


Our training session will increase an athlete’s all around physical and mental stamina to go the distance and dominate every single time you STEP on to the field. We believe that you train like you play; this means that we utilize drills, exercises and techniques that will translate to competition. If you want to jump higher, run faster, change directions more quickly, tackle harder, run stronger, increase your power and explosion, and be an all around and complete player then you must combine the elements of speed, strength, endurance, and agility. We train athletes to be explosive by combining all these elements.

samson jagoras Samson Jagoras holds a Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado where he was also a collegiate athlete and starting fullback for the Buffalos. Not only does he understands what it takes to be a successful athlete but his track record, degree and certifications show that he understands how maximize training the body for competition. He is a speed and explosion specialist!

Going against the Grain
Speed, Strength and Power!

It has become the trend that with one element comes the sacrifice of another. This is because so many trainers equate Strength to Size. Strength does not equal size. Strength (true strength) is when an athlete is not only able to move tremendous amounts of weight, but is able to move it at a tremendous rate; this is how in gym training transfers to an athletic setting. If you want to jump higher, run faster, change directions more quickly, tackle harder, run stronger, and be an all around and complete player then you must combine the elements of Quickness, Agility, and Power. Listen; I was never the fastest guy on the team, I was never the strongest guy on the team, and I was definitely not the biggest guy on the team. But I was always the most well rounded athlete. Why because I put in the time and effort to get better; and because of that I was able to go a long way. Even in the face of adversity and doubts I made it to the big show. I know what it takes. This is an element that can be found with QuickSTEP and only QuickSTEP. "Genetics will only take you so far, the rest is a matter of proper training, determination, and desire.
