What is S.T.E.P Training?
Our training session will increase an athlete’s all around physical and mental stamina to go the distance and dominate every single time you STEP on to the field. We believe that you train like you play; this means that we utilize drills, exercises and techniques that will translate to competition. If you want to jump higher, run faster, change directions more quickly, tackle harder, run stronger, increase your power and explosion, and be an all around and complete player then you must combine the elements of speed, strength, endurance, and agility. It has become the trend with one element comes the sacrifice of another; however, this is not the case. These other so called guru coaches and trainers are missing the, “You train like you play” concept. So many of the other guys will sell you pipe dreams and show you fancy equipment and treadmills, to get you to buy into there gym. However, I have never seen a treadmill on a field, a court, a ring, a mountain, or a ski slope etc. We train athletes to be explosive by combining all the elements of speed, strength, endurance, and agility to create COMPLETE athletes.
In every QuickSTEP training session you have to bring it. You are forced to STEP outside your self made box of limitations. You can always run one more sprint, push through one more drill and completely sell out every single time you train; because every session is design to be competitive. In every drill you are competing against other athletes. This not only forces you to grow, progress, and thrive but it also builds mental toughness.

QuickSTEP is an environment where young athletes can train from the beginnings of athletics and carry on through their high school, college, and professional careers. We believe that sports and fitness in general are monumental aspects of peoples lives and we want to embrace the lessons that one learns; as well as offer a platform for those successful in their careers (whether it be athletics or some other venture) to maintain an athletic lifestyle.
If this is your first session then you are welcome to join. We will help you learn all the drills and give specific and special attention to each new athlete to ensure that they are able to excel and thrive at QuickSTEP. Athletes helping athletes. No one is to young or to old.
The biggest mistake that you can make is doing nothing at all. If you want to dominate every single time you STEP on to the Field then you have to put the work in prior to the game.

Quick S.T.E.P Athletes
Quick STEP is for any athlete or person that is interested in increasing their athletic ability and conditioning. You will play better, look better and increase overall fitness and athletic ability in every session. Whether you want that starting position, that record season, a scholarship, to get in better shape, gain a STEP on the competition, or simply increase your quality of life – we can help you get their. There are no gimmicks, no treadmills and no bogus machines. Plain and simple we use drills that are similar to athletic situations.
Secondly, QuickSTEP athletes not only train hard but they are also leaders. Our code of conduct requires that every athlete represents them self with character and integrity. Our athletes will give you every thing that they have and more. However, you better be ready to bring it when you face them in battle. They will come at you with aggression, toughness, and explosion every single play. They will run you over but help you up. They will dunk on you and cross you up with out every speaking word. They beat you to the ball and the dribble right past you. They will make that spectacular diving catch and thrive in clutch situations; and act like they have been there before. They will sell out with reckless abandonment in order to beat you but shake your hand and remind you that you did a great job. We encourage good sportsmanship from all of our athletes and require that they represent themselves, their schools, their teams, their coaches, their families and their communities with CLASS. Because there are two kinds of class in our eyes: First Class and no class! Why can we say this about QuickSTEP athletes? Because every athlete that trains QuickSTEP style knows without a doubt in their minds that they have earned it and that they have taken care of the details in order to achieve their goals of success.
I don’t care if you can run straight ahead faster than the next guy. If you can’t make three or four cuts, make several cross over moves, run over your opponent, dribble through three guys, break tackles, chase down a fly ball hit in to the gap, and then get up and run a dead sprint; then your speed is good for one thing – running track!

Our Quick S.T.E.P Trainer

Samson Jagoras has been an athlete since he was 5 years old, he’s played soccer, baseball, snowboards, skateboards, played football for the University of Colorado, and is currently training to compete in the crossfit open. At the age of 14 he began his Football journey. Entering high school, having never played football, he fell in love with the game and it became his passion, obsession and molded his goals as he pursued his road to collegiate stardom and sports conditioning. After having an astounding high school career as a fullback and linebacker he made his way to Western New Mexico University where he was a True Freshmen starting linebacker and sports medicine major. He left his scholarship and starting position a year and a half later to pursue his dream of playing at the University of Colorado. He then used his red-shirt year to make the transfer and a year later earned his scholarship and starting fullback position for the Buffalos . He graduated in the spring of 2008 with his degree in Integrative Physiology. He is also CrossFit Level 1 certified and he holds his National Endurance and Strength Training (NESTA ) certification.
Over the past three years Quick STEP Sports Conditioning has grown by creating athletes that have the all around physical and mental stamina to go the distance and dominate every single time they step into competition. We have trained a broad spectrum of athletes from football, soccer, baseball, volleyball, hockey, basketball, wrestling, power lifting, tri-athletes, Mixed martial arts and crossfit. Generating complete athletes year after year, we have worked with athletes of all skill levels; while remaining an avid athletes. We have trained athletes all across Colorado and the United States ranging from Fort Lewis University, Laramie County Community College, CSU Pueblo, University of Northern Colorado, School of Mines, Colorado State University, Washington and Lee University (Virginia), Black Hill State, Thompson Valley High school, Mountain View high school, Loveland high school, St. Johns Middle School, etc
